11-Day Himalayan Ski Course Itinerary
Overview
A comprehensive 11-day ski training program designed for participants seeking to develop technical
skiing skills, mountain safety awareness, and high-altitude adaptability on remote Himalayan slopes.
The course combines professional instruction, guided practice, and cultural immersion in a pristine
alpine environment.
Day 1: Arrival & Registration
Morning: Arrival at kullu; transfer from nearest airport or town.
Afternoon: Registration & briefing of the course / buy essentials & other daily needs item.
Orientation session, equipment check, and safety briefing..
Evening: Dinner & stay at kullu accommodation.
Day 2: Ski Lodge & Acclimatization
Morning: Proceed to the Ski lodge via transportation
Afternoon: Arrival at ski lodging, lunch & relax.
Evening: Acclimatization walk and group dinner around a campfire.
Day 3: Introduction to Skiing & Equipment Handling
Morning: Warm-up exercises and introduction to ski gear, bindings, and maintenance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation by Participant
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the start date: 100% refund (minus any bank/transaction fees).
- Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before the start date: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made 14 days or fewer before the start date: No refund.
- Cancellation by Vyasa Valley
- If Vyasa Valley cancels the trip due to unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient participants), then a full refund will be provided.
- Alternative date rescheduling may be offered at no extra cost.
- Partial Attendance / No-shows
- If you arrive late or depart early, no refund will be given for the missed portion of the trip.
- No shows are non-refundable.
- Transfer of Booking
- Booking transfer to another person is possible if requested at least 7 days prior to departure, subject to approval and any supplementary costs (gear, transport) being covered by the new participant.
- Gear Hire / Extra Costs
- Any gear hired, transport or services added beyond the standard trip inclusions will be non-refundable if cancelled less than 14 days prior.
- How to Cancel
- To cancel, please send a written notice (email or message) to Vyasa Valley’s booking office. Date of cancellation is when the notice is received.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 working days using the original payment method.
- Force Majeure
- In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics) either party may cancel or alter the trip. In such a case, Vyasa Valley may offer refund, credit for future trip or rescheduling.
- Recommended Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel and cancellation insurance to cover unexpected events, including cancellation by the participant or interruption during the trip.
